Has anyone been out to pedro recently, looking to go tomorow a.m. hopefully, havent been out since the aba, wandering what the bite is like. Also, a quick question...if you had one Swimbait to throw up there, what would it be? ME=HUDD ROF 12, although its been slow for me on the SB

Our club was out there yesterday, among the snow and hail.

Four of the five boats had limits. Top weight was 11+ (my son and his partner) :D :D Most fish came on jigs, brown with a variety of colors for trailers. I know that my son and his partner, along with my partner and myself, were mostly on a rocky point pattern. One of my other buddies did get a couple of keepers on crank baits at the end of the day. He said that his crank was designed to go about 9 feet.

Hope that helps.

Perry

Oh yeah - got my fish in 30+ feet of water. My son too.

Thanks.. I was out from 1200-530 and had maybe 10 lbs of smallies and spots. Windy and cold. Most fish came on points in 30'. All fish came on darter head brush hog. Most fish were on graph, distinct arcs were easy to catch. Did catch a few really deep (55') on a tree w a drop shot , but they were small largies.
Good luck
