I use a microfiber cloth and 50% distilled water and 50% distilled white vinegar. Works great on water spots and is the cheapest I have found. You should not use windex as ammonia is not good for the units. Works great on the motor too and if you buy a gallon of each and a spray bottle your good for a long time cheap.

I got this idea off of the "Bass Pros" show and it works great. Get a 8 to 10oz. squirt bottle and put 2 to 3 drops of dawn dish soap and then fill it up with rubbing alcohol. Spray it on your screens and then use a soft "micro fiber" cloth and wipe it off (looks brand new again). If you have real bad water spots soak a paper towel in vinegar, ring it out a little and place it on your screen for about a minuet or two and then wipe it off and then take your spray bottle and clean it off. The vinegar will take off the calcium thats built up from the water spots.
I hope this helps you out.

I have found that lens cleaner for your glasses works absolutely perfect. Of course, it contains all the ingredients listed prior! LOL
