ranger trail master brake cylinder

My buddys trailer cylinder is leaking when driving you feel it going back and fourth what could be the problem, or could the fluid be low how do you refil it it is a 2005 ranger trail trailer

Had the same thing happen to mine. C&C Marine told me that it will have to be replaced and it comes as a unit with the coupler. Get ready to drop a couple hundred bones if you do it yourself

there should be a fluid level cap on the top of the hitch to check the level. if its low on fluid and not leaking around the hitch, you probly have a wheel cylinder leaking.

you can replace the master cylinder. Hardest part is bleeding the brakes when your done.
