Battery charging help

I recently purchased a champion that has an onboard Dual Pro 2 bank charger. Since day one when i plugged it in it would hum and one bank was always green and one flashed red regardless how long long it was plugged in. Ive tried to find literature on this unit (i have attached picture of ny unit). I need some help if anyone can help i would appreciate it.

The bank that's flashing red is hooked to bad battery or a battery with a bad cell. Swich the wires that are flashing to ther other battery and see that the condition or flashing will follow that battery. Put a volt meter on each battery while the charger is running and it should be putting out 13.3-14.6 v while running.

And be sure the charger is unplugged when you're switching the wires. Been there, done that.

Hi, flashing red means there's an open circuit between the wires and battery. It could be due to bad battery or a disconnected battery. Check the battery terminals and connections, cuts or issues with wiring, and fuse. If you don't have an in-line fuse, you should definitely put one. If every thing looks right, I'm afraid it may be open circuit within the charger with that bank, means it's broken.
BTW, if you are using wing nuts, replace them with some stainless steel nuts with nylon sleeve.
