Do ceramic hybrid bearings need to be oiled with an oil like Hot Sauce, just like sst bearings, or is there some special lube to use because of the ceramic component?

Theoretically they can be run dry, but I suggest and prefer one drop of a very light viscosity oil. Shimano, X-Reel, Snakeoil, or rocket fuel all work fine.
