What's the big difference in how it performs?
Why is Flat Rubber such a big deal for some folks?

Hi Robert. I think Cooch covered this a few years back, might try a search.

Hey Michael. How ya doing?
I wanted to see what the general current feeling is out there right now. I just bought about 50 pounds of the old flat rubber in Brown, Black, Green/Olive, and Purple.

I liked the the old flat rubber the best for tying it made for nice looking skirts depending on the type of skirts you were tying the action of the flat rubber in fine or reg was awsome i use to tie the puffball jig with both grades of flat rubber that was back when is started in 1985 tying the puffball jig the flat rubber was much easier too tie i also like the round rubber made now but i sure wish living rubber would some how get back to making flat rubber again. If the flat rubber you got isnt faded or wrinkled it should tie up with no problem.
