Its been a long two years since all my gear was stolen But I have finely gotten my rod collection back together and my bait collection is coming along nicely. A lot has changed over the last two year's. I was looking at line to spool up my Senko rod with. I have asked 15 different people and gotten 15 different answers. I have heard every thing from 10lb. mono to 65lb. braid I plan on fishing in the delta mostly from the bank. Any of you have any advice? I was thinking about P Line 15lb floroclear but not sure. Thank you all for your help in advance.

15lb floro for me. I like Seaguar red label for the price/quality. This is a very versatile line and can be used for LOTS of other stuff.

Braid & FC for the delta.
Sunline Super Sniper green 16# or 20# with Sunline SX1 green 40# braid. Braid is good for cutting through weeds, the FC is good for underwater soft plastics and jigs, shore fishing. You need to be able to break off a snag, difficult with straight braid. Like the Super Sniper FC knot strength to braid with double Uni or Alberto knots.
Good fishing.

The one big advantage for using mono from shore is that it floats, so you line won't get down into the rocks when you're soaking a bait.
