What happened to NewBass or Larry Newby?

I hear they disbanded but what happened to Larry Newby? I hear he is trying to start another circuit.

I know Larry tried to sell NewBass for a few years. I believe he just folded it up.

I see Larry ever so often and I know he is NOT trying to restart Newbass, but is enjoying retirement, his taxidermy business and squeezing a little hunting & fishing now-n-then.
