Dangerous Conditions - New Hogan

Visited New Hogan thursday, 1/21. Found water the consistency and color of chocolate milk. Also, significant floating debris to include large branches and stumps. Water temps 48/49. No dock in the water, yet. I concluded that the storms earlier in the week had washed down and thru the burn area in Calaveras County ending up in Hogan and likely other waters in the area. Be careful!!.
