Go to Edit on your listing
Just below Preview Submit there are 3 bars click on Upload Attatchment
You should see Filename click on Browse and find your picture to download then click on add file.

Note; You may have to resize your picture on your computer first. You can try to do this by going to Windows live Photo Gallery if you have that one, open your pic in that program, go to edit, properties, resize and put in 600 as max dimensions and then save it. Then it would be ready for download.
