2001 200 hp Mercury Optimax - Blown Power Head

I have a 2001 200 hp Mercury Optimax with a blown power head. It threw a steering rob out the side of the block. Everything else is still in tact and will comes with everything. It hasn't been taken apart at all.
It had about 210 hrs on it when it blew. Just had new carbon fiber reeds put in. Lower unit is in great shape.
