I was throwing Whopper Plopper today and noticed my line spooling on one side of my reel! Ive had this happen a couple times before but usually just shift the levelwind back into place when i get home. This time it's stuck pretty good! Can i fix it myself? Or do I need to send it in?

It sounds like the levelwind pawl may need replacing and or an idle gear has teeth missing thus the skipping. Send it in parts will be no charge.
$27 which includes your return shipping. 2 day turnaround right now. Dan
