Gear Swap

does Chronarch 100B and the Calais 200 - 5 ring and pinion gears the same so they can be swapped.

Unfortunately they cannot be changed. You can use the Calais 200APV gears to change the Calais to 5:1. If you are trying to change the Chronarch then you can use the gear set from the CH100BPV.
The Chronarch B model uses HEG gearing. The main gear diameter is much different than that of the Calais A model.
