Is the fireblood made any different than the c14? they look similar but i see the fireblood is a little heavier, is the fireblood just an overseas version of the c14?

The Fireblood is based on the Japanese model Stella. It would be closer to a CI4 version of the Stella minus a few bearings. Our version is closer to the Rarium (Sp?) which was designed for squid fishing. Ours has been changed to suit the demands of the US market.

The Fireblood is a nice reel but they are not covered under our warranty and we do not stock parts for this model.
