Looking for a left handed Shimano 5:1 or 6:2 for a crankbait reel. I see the Core at 6:2, but that is more than I'd like to spend. Can a 7:1 Curado's gear be replaced with a 5:1 gearing?

They can be replaced with 6.2:1 from the Citca 201E. We do not offer a 5:1 gear set for the Curado 201E currently.
