warrenty turn around time

I dropped off a crucial rod for warranty replacment on 04/02/10 at fishermens warehouse in sac and have not got the rod back yet.
Anyone know how long the turnaround time should be on this?

Did they send the rod in for you? Or did they order you a replacement? Typically they will replace the rod on the spot.

They sent it in for me....they did not have the rod at the store.
