I have many different reels and to this day, the Metanium is the best reel I have ever fished with.

Now that I am on the market to stock up on reels again, how would you rate the Metanium compared to its American counterpart?

Same feel and performance. The only difference is the Metanium has bearings in the handle paddles and the Core 100 does not.
