Hooray for Lake County. Glad to see someone taking the lead. This is going to be the future, dont know why its taking so long for everyone to catch on to this

1. Initial investment
2. No load power base
3. battery pollution
4 cost per kilowatt hr.

All things that may eventually be overcome. I would have rather seen a nuclear plant there.

I'd like to see one in So. Cal parked right next to a desalination plant.

I don't know all of the details but if we put into making nuclear power safer the same effort that so many people want to put into less powerful sources like solar, wind, geothermal, and tidal (all with outspoken environmentalist opponents, well no one seems to complain about solar) it seems we could develop a power source that let us have actual power instead of conservation. What a concept.

It's already being done in other countries.
