Hook 7 GPS

I recently purchased a hook 7. The GPS is off by 100ft. It shows my boat sitting up on the shoreline... Anybody have an idea what to do??

I think you mean, 'The drawing of the shoreline is off'?

Go to the SYSTEM menu and select Satellites....tell me what it says for EPE.

Press MENU 2X > SYSTEM > GPS
This should bring up your satellites page and if you look to the right you will see 'Accuracy__ft' or EPE.

Looks like your map drawing is off and not the GPS. Your known accuracy is 'within 20 feet'.
Maybe look for a different brand chart for your area.
