HDS12 Gen3, lost my Sonar Settings after StructureScan install

Hoping someone can help point me in the right direction. I bought a new boat that had a Lowrance HDS 12 gen3 system on it. I bought a Lowrance StructureScan 3d setup and paid a local installer to put it on. He installed the system but then refuses to return my calls to take the boat out and test it.
The structurescan seems to be working but my Sonar screen looks nothing like it did before. I've tried going thru all the settings but haven't been able to figure out how to get it back to how it was. I attached a few pictures, I'm hoping to get it to look like the icon for Sonar on the main startup screen again. Right now all I have is a brown mess for a lack of a better term.
I have the latest updates for the HDS12 and Structurescan installed
