I have this unit but cannot get bottom contours and detailed mapping on it for Casitas. Do I have to buy an additional chip for it? Castaic is OK.

I spoke to Lowrance customer service and they sent me a 3.6 upgrade card which must remain in the unit during use. This solved the problem. You could send the unit to them for this upgrade. I had a 3.0 Insight USA system. Hope this helps someone with a similar problem. Tony
