Humminbird transducer and speed sensor

I have a FF 565 serial number 7061105-8002. I need both the transom mount transducer and speed/temp sensor. Or should I get the transducer with the temp. in it? I think I came up with the XNT 9 20 or XNT 9 20 T will work? Could someone tell me what I need? Thanks
