What do you guys think of Prop 84 & 87?

Prop 84 is a Clean Water Act that could definately affect our fishing.
Prop 87 is Alternative Energy. Research, Production, Incentives which sounds fishy (no pun) to me.

Haven't checked out 84 but 87 is a defenite NO! Will be just another example of gov. waste and spending.

Usually no on all those, unless like you say a smokescreen.. However when you see people like Al Core and Clinton making pitch's for it, you know it is not right and a skim for big money. Bill K
