Warranty question on my gloomis glx

I had my glx flipping stick crack on a hookset. Can I drop the rod off at shimano irvine for warranty of do I have to mail it in to another location. Thanks

You can't bring the rod here to us in Irvine. You have two options. Here is a link that describes both procedures along with the necessary forms:
