Tom, I can't tell by the picture, but does the cover have vent holes on it, allowing you to use it on the water with it on or is it for trailing only. May be interested,but I've seen some with the vent holes so you don't have to keep taking it off and on. Thank-you for your time.

no vent holes...I don't think you should leave it on while on the water.
