I went out today with a friend on his boat. We launched out of Dana early got some great bait. 'Dines & Mini Macks...
We were going to go Paddy hop but instead stayed inside and caught 5 Yellows and lost 4 others. In by 2 fish filleted by 3:30. Now out to dinner with the wife who I haven't spent any time with in the past 2 weeks because I have been fishing to much.

It's WFO off the Domes on small YT....the Dodo's have tapered off a bit but I will be out to conquer both tomorrow......don't tell DB but I think I'm losing my touch in the fresh..... It's all good as my hunger for green bass is coming on strong!....Just a few Tuna and I'll back off the salt!....I promise! WTG Ray, I'll call ya tomorrow to compare notes.

I will be on a 60 footer outside of Catalina fishing for Saltwater Carp(Marlin). I will be out Sat. & Sun. We will also do some Patty hopping for Do Do's & Yellows. Sorry maybe next time.

Hey Gerry, I was on the Sea Horse Monday and we were 20 miles west of Clemente and saw a massive school of 40 to 60 pound Yellowfin. They were crashing bait as a Blue whale surfaced. They then charged the boats chumline and sunk right under the boat . They are not quite ready to show some love. Maybe in a week they will settle in. It was awesome to see that in U.S. Waters.
Gerry make sure you get some mini macks with the 'dines. Slow troll them and hang on. It was w.f.o. just bellow the domes until the fleet found us and 1 other boat hooked up with doubles.

Well Kev I know you called while we were on the water. I heard you cry on the phone. I know you wish you were there instead of D.V.L. anytime. I love stupid fish and there are more in the ocean than in any lakes we have in this state.Bass fishing is great but try some other things Kev. You might like the ocean stuff. I use a lot of bass gear for Calico's and Sand Bass. Spinnerbaits in the bay. etc etc etc
