Water Temp: 76
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Best day yet on this lake. Caught a couple small ones on drop shot under Cochrane Bridge. Then went to the back of the river arm. Caught a limit plus one of nice keepers, including a 3.2 and a 2.5 on shakey head worms and Pro-Line jigs. Best 5 went for 11.2 lbs. Not bad for this lake, since it's usually more of a numbers lake. All fish came from 5-7ft of water on shallow stickups. Current seemed to help. I'm moving, so I'll give it all up!
City: MontereyTips: Tackle used - Shaky Head: 6' G-Loomis GL2 Worm Rod, 10lb Seagur Flourocarbon, 1/8oz. Ikey Head, 6" Roboworm in "Peoples Worm" color. Jig - 7'6" Shimano Clarus Medium Heavy Flipping Stick, 17lb BPS XPS Flourocarbon, 3/8oz Pumpkinseed Pro-Line jig with Strike King Denny Brauer matching chunk trailer. Both rods matched with Curado reels.

Water Temp: 71
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Nice day on Anderson after laying off for the entire summer due to the excessive ski boat traffic and the reservation and extra fee requirement. Caught 15 LMB in about 25ft off steep structure. Thought it would be a drop shot day. Only got 2 on drop shot with the rest coming on carolina brushhog and splitshot Power Hawg. Talked to others that were having luck with hula grubs. Tried crank and other baits shallow but no luck.
City: Foster CityTips: Start with what you think will put fish in the boat but don't fall in love with that bait if it is not producing (like I do regularly). Try soft plastics in 25 ft off banks or structure with a fast drop into deep water.

Water Temp: 76-78
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Hit the north end of the lake with dad from 3pm-6pm. Found a cove with no skiers and had a good time with the drop shot. Landed about a dozen with a couple 2+, but mostly small ones.
City: Los GatosTips: 10' to 15' and drop shot was working. Not much on the wood, but the steep banks with mudline and wind produced.

Water Temp: 72-74
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Finally got to try Andersen and on the water midweek! Had a newbie on the boat. Put him on a drop shot rig and he landed his first 3 bass - 2 being keepers (but nothing to brag about). I picked up three as well with best only 2 pounds. Feeling not too bad for 2 hours work and first time on the lake.
City: Los GatosTips: Still sumer small males on the bite, but drop shot in multiple colors on points and walls in 15-20' worked fine.
NOTE: Did get pulled over by Ranger. Asked for licenses and measured the one fish my newbie friend kept.

City: MontereyTips: Match the hatch.

Water Temp: 78
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Tired of Coyote, so I went to this lake for the first time. Much better IMO. Alot bigger, so the wakeboarders and skiers don't bother you so much. I launched and headed south, since I saw a bridge on the map. Threw a crank for a bit but only hauled water. Got under the bridge and got 3 dinks on a dropshot. Probably could have stayed there all day and got small ones but decided to move on. Went all the way back in the South End and picked up about 10 more on shaky head worms and dropshots. Only one keeper though.
City: MontereyTips: Smaller fish that Coyote but better numbers. Caught all my fish on 3-7" inch roboworms both dropshotted and on shaky heads.

Report: Rattlesnakes are out. Almost got bit by one. Scared the shit outta me! Anyways, went out to try some topwater plastic bullfrogs. Missed two hits. Then caught two. One on a crawfish crank and the other on a brush hog. Slow today. Maybe the rattlesnake got to me. haha. Actually saw two rattlers.

City: PacificaTips: All fish caught on Drop Shot, tried Top Water, Jig, Texas rigged worm, Crank Bait & Spinner

Water Temp: 70-72
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Went out for a few hours in pontoon boat. Only caught one 1# pounder on a white and chartruce spinner bait. It was very windy and lots of skiers.
Tips: I fished a long the banks south of the boat ramp and around into the main lake. Caught the Dink in about 12-15' of water, back in a cove.

Water Temp: 68-70
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Caught and released several 1's and 2's in 5-15 feet of water over grass in coves. All on small white crankbait.
City: Santa ClaraTips: I think you can always get Anderson bass on plastics but I enjoy throwing crankbaits this time of year. Stop and go action works best for me. Competed with skiers in upper north end today where they were violating the 5 mph speed limit in only 15 feet of water. Guess the main lake was too windy and choppy. Hmmm?

Fish were biting until the ski boats took over the lake and it shut down by noon. Did take one on a crank bait around noon.
City: Foster CityTips: Shallow points, mud banks, humps or wood in 10 ft or less with soft plastics.

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)
Report: dont know bassinator.. I will see ya out there..from what I have heard from my freind's water is high..Anderson is completly different than Coyote..

I changed...same lure different color and completly different depth..all the same thing..whether it's a crank, or plastic..it's the same..time of day.. really matter's...take care and I will see ya out there..

Water Temp: 58
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Cloudy day and little wind. Seemed to be perfect fishing day on the north end of the lake but didnt catch any bass. Tried Roboworms, crankbait, brush hogs, 6" purple worms, and even white/red spinnerbait and didn't get a hit. What's worst was seeing fish under the boat with my Garmin 250 fishfinder. First year back to bass fishing in 10 yrs..........need more practice!!!!

Water Temp: 59
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Caught 8 LM up to 3 lbs. Got 3 on spinnerbait shallow on wood and 5 on Carolina Rig brush hog in 12 ft on points. Nothing on cranks, drop shot, jerk bait or TX rigged 4" worm flipped to wood. Biggest fish were on spinnerbait. All fish slammed it. Missed two big fish flipping senko shallow on wood - they broke me off.
City: Foster CityTips: Try shallow on wood or brush with reaction baits and deeper with soft plastics on points. The lake is at full pool and water is stained. They are letting water out in huge quantities. The lake is still pretty unstable for the fish to settle into a predictable pattern.
