      Water Temp: 64-71

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: This is the time we all wait for if you like non stop action. You can expect 75- 100 fish days with most of the bass being post spawn now but still getting a lot of overs. Yesterdays clients had 7 over up to 3 1/2 lbs. Many are still on brush and debree while others are on walls and points. Most of the bass are coming from 5ft, to 15 to 20 ft. Top water is picking up and blades and reaction also. Any type of worm, senko, tube, drop shot is working. Colores don,t seem to matter to much right now and size is not a big factor as well.
      City: Paradise

Tips: this is the time to get out there and have some fun!!

      Water Temp: cold to touch

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: First off I want to apoligize for jitterbugs comments. Guess law is 3 lures per one line/reel/rod (cali rig). I wouldn't know cause I'm stuck in my hard headed ways of fishing off the bottom. Even though latley I've thought about throwing a reaction bait. We hit it hard last week with little results. Stained water has been the best. Then cover, points, water run offs. Mostly the stained water has to be there or its a ghost town. I think jitterbug is just sour cause he can't catch any fish until they spawn. Good thing is all fish have been big and fat. 15 1/4 spotty one quick release one broken hook tie one worm bit in half and two didn't try to set the hook. When they do hit they are hitting it hard and fast. No second chance bites either.
      City: palermo

Tips: Normaly I say its better to wait and set the hook. In winter conditions I think I'm leaning towards that it is better to set the hook and miss than not set it at all.

Report: We went back to Oroville today and again did very well. Between my partner and I we had 12 over the slot with 1 spot over 17 inches and 2 largemouth over 3 lbs. Best five over 12 pounds.
Between the 2 of us, we took around 40 fish. We found most of them in the 20 to 40 foot range on 4 inch worms and 1/16 oz Texas Rig. Had a couple of bumps on jigs, but no takers. We also caught a few on Dart heads. Most of the fish on steep points in Middle fork and just of the main body. We did see a couple of fish busting bait on top late in the day, but no luck with topwater.

Report: To those who don't have a season parking pass,Watch out for the new machine at Lime Saddle that is used to collect your fees. It took my 9 bucks and didn't spit out a slip. I then knocked on the front of it to see if it was maybe stuck and the thing started going off like I was robbing a bank or something. So use the yellow envelopes to save yourself the "JOY" of using the new technology.
