Extreme Caution Suggested for Lake Users On High Water Levels
The Army Corps of Engineers is urging all visitors to Bull Shoals and Norfork lakes to exercise extreme caution while water levels are high. Campers, swimmers, and boaters visiting park areas should use extreme caution and be aware that certain recreation areas may be closed to the public for their protection. Boaters should be aware that with the higher water conditions objects normally out of the water are now submerged and difficult to see.

Anglers Compete In First High School All-American Tournament
As part of the Zippo Bassmaster BASSfest presented by A.R.E. Truck Caps, the 12 Bassmaster All-Americans were paired with 12 Bassmaster Elite Series pros and earned a chance to fish with the pros on Lake Barkley. Zeke Gossett, an Alabama angler representing Pell City High School, won the one-day event with his Elite Series partner, Cliff Crochet. The pair caught 14 pounds, 2 ounces

Sanger High School Wins Berkley High School Fishing Challenge
COLUMBIA, S.C. - Sanger High School recently won the 2015 Berkley High School Fishing Club Challenge. The challenge saw over 1,300 active participants and 174 high schools across 27 states were represented. As the newly crowned champions, Sanger High School in Sanger, Texas will receive $4,000 in prizes for the entire club.
