Probably not gonna happen until/unless Louisiana DFW takes some sort of action to break down the Cajun "good ol' boy" network that now controls/holds private access rights. Gonna be interesting to see how this all plays out, especially with the Skeeter BassChamps championship being held on the Red at Shreveport. (We're talking about maybe upwards of 250 boats)

Wow that is a very strange law! I wonder why federal law doesn't override state law based on the regulation of interstate commerce. So lets say a barge from a neighboring state wants to pass through Louisiana, but can't because a landowner won't allow it. Very strange!

Why would any big tournament org even support the state of Louisiana with that type of law.
