LAUNCH CHANGES for RIVER2SEA OPEN

Due to the ramp situation at Ladd's, the River2Sea Open event will be changed to Russo's Marina.

River2Sea wanted to go out of Ladd's, but the launching facilities could not confirm that the cleaning will be complete by that time.

All other information for the event is the same.
