Proposal for Franks and Little Franks

Wow if your a user of Frank's Tract or Little Franks Here is a preliminary study you want to be aware of. We all know that water flow is the key for all species. CDFW is currently showing this as a PROPOSAL to Help Delta Smelt ans Salt Intrusion, There is NO funding, Environmental Impact Study or any of that in place yet but they asked many for their opinions... So I thought I would share as this will effect Everyone that uses the East County Delta Marinas, Lives in East County/ Bethel Island, has Delta related businesses and of course share your Ideas.

This anonymous survey is intended to assess current resident and user values for Franks Tract & Little Franks Tract. Survey results will be included in a forthcoming Franks Tract restoration feasibility study. Participation is voluntary.
