Re: Another update

Guys, The hyperbole going on in the uninformed press - ie: major media sport sections, ESPN - is comical. Most of these people don't have a clue (other than perhaps Ed Zieralski) of what is really going on here and what a world record fish is all about. For starters, these guys were correct in every...

Re: World Record?

This fish will not be a world record for several reasons. First and foremost, the fish was weighed on a hand scale and released per WON's phone interview with Mac Wheatley. Therefore, it was not weighed on an official scale. It was immediately released after 4 quick photos were taken. Secondly, IGFA...

I think that all of you out there are smart enough to know that any release of names may potentially put one in a legal position they do not want to be in. If the teams in question feel strong enough that they have been wronged, I'm sure they will come forth and try to defend their honor. The bass f...

Re: So, PETA saves animals, Huh?

This makes me sick. As an avid hunter, I am of the mindset the likes of Ted Nugent which is basically that you cherish the animals you hunt. You make a quick, clean kill and never waste the resource. When I see stuff like this, I don't know how any of these people can call anyone a slob hunter. What...
