Spokane Bass Club Silver Lake Tournament Recap

This was our first time ever hitting Silver Lake and it was our best ever tournament for big bags of fish. The weigh-in was a steady stream of solid bags and big fish being weighed. We timed it perfectly and the fish were biting all over the lake and with a variety of techniques.

Taking first place and big bass was Tyler Brinks with 22.73lbs and a 5.91lb big bass. He caught his fish cranking shallow wood in the morning and pitching a jig to standing timber later in the day. He won $468 for first and an additional $190 for big bass.



Second place was Joe Choiniere who weighed in a 20.62lb bag. He caught his fish early in the day with a ChatterBait. Included in his bag was a 5.55lb bass. He won $351 for his finish.



Third place was Dan Rice with a 19.37lb limit. He caught his fish with a Strike King bluegill colored swim jig. He won $210.60 for his finish.



Fourth place was Nik Autrey with a solid 17.59lb bag. He won $140.40 for his finish.
