What's The Deal With The NEW Whopper Plopper?? **Video**

Post by supermat »

Here's a look at the new 110 size Whopper Plopper. Its more than a new size its a great sound at a slower speed, a modified body shape, and a joint that deflects grass much better than previous models. The fish don't seem to mind it either  This video shows the bait in action, some killer blow ups, and then explains the differences between the sizes.

Thanks for the video Matt. The 90 does become useless once the grass gets near the surface in the warmer months. A swivel helps the twist when the bait stops turning, but it doesn't remove the grass from the prop. The 90 is also a little small for most night fishing. The 110 looks like the right size for the golf course ponds in back of the house. I feel sorry for the fish. I wore em out on a small rat last night and a frog last week. The poor fish may never look up again by the end of the summer.

This video is on point about the diff between the 90/130 and the 110. And have to say one of the most protective lure for bass in the mornings and evenings! Within the past year of using it, it has not let me down!
