NEW WEBSITE TO FEATURE BASS ANGLER NETWORKING

Norman, OK – There is a new place on the World Wide Web for bass fishing anglers and fans to congregate and talk strictly bass fishing.

Social Fins (www.socialfins.com) is a new networking sight completely dedicated to bass anglers of all skill levels from beginners to touring professionals.

Social Fins offers the bass fishing community an opportunity to gather on a single social networking sight and create a profile, make friends, share photos, write blogs, chat with other members, participate in public forums, keep up to date on industry news and much more.

Unlike other social networks, which become cluttered with information unrelated to bass fishing, Social Fins allows its members to focus on bass fishing. As the slogan indicates, “Stop Swimming.…Start Connecting.”

“There are a lot of hard core bass anglers who are frustrated with the unrelated clutter that exists on other social networks,” explained founder Mark Jeffreys. “Social Fins offers the same features as other social networking sights without the clutter and distractions unrelated to bass fishing. This is a place where bass anglers can congregate that is totally dedicated to their passion, which is bass fishing. ”

Several professional bass anglers are already Social Fins members and see the benefits of having a social networking sight dedicated solely to the sport of bass fishing, “I’ve been involved with quite a few other social networks, and I think that it’s great to have a place were bass fishing fans can come to focus on fishing without other distractions,” said Bassmaster Elite Series pro, Clark Reehm. “Everyone is looking for that common bond and a way to interact with like minded individuals. Social Fins provides a way for them to do this.”

Elite Series pro, Dave Wolak, also sees the potential benefits of Social Fins. “The entire world is becoming more aware of the capabilities of social networking,” he said. “From marketing sponsors to direct interaction with other fishing enthusiasts, Social Fins is a great way to stay connected to the sport and industry.”

Social fins will officially launch on February 8th.
