Any of you guys plan on fishing this on the 19th? I visited the lake several times recently and cant seem to catch a fish bigger than 13 inches anywhere! As far as the largemouth... seems they dont exist in the lake anymore

I wish that was the case. No, the arrow is not backwards, it is lined up perfectly with the lower untit.
