If you're using mono backing, and a braid top shot of 100 yds or so, you'll probably never get into the mono backing. But if you do, a back to back Uni knot, wet before it's cinched, will be fine. Leave a 1/2" tag of braid. It's so limp, it won't matter. And if you do get into the mono, you'll ...
