The way I see it.
I've always assumed dragging is maintaining constant contact with the bottom and trolling is when your bait is free swimming in open water with the aid of a motor.

Anybody have a Triton stolen lately? There's a guy on Craigslist selling Triton seats that does'nt even know how to spell Triton. Probably not stolen, but you never know. In case anyone's interested it's in Sacramento under boats.

Hi Patty, Excellent choice. Almost all my reels are Shimano, you cant go wrong. Personally I cant afford the Chronarch MG, I only wish I could. The only thing about those is you cant take em anywhere near salt water because of the magnesium. You might want to take a look at his other reels and see i...

Concerning the Oroville slot question in the reports..
To answer your question about the slot at Oroville. The slot is NOT anything 14 and below as you thought.
The slot is, you must release anything between 12 and 15 inches. You may keep anything below 12 and above 15 inches.

Hey George, I dont have an answer but..
something to think about, if you put a needle to your jacket you'll poke a BUNCH of holes in the goretex liner, unless you seperate it. Also their might be a registered trademark issue (probably nobody would notice but you never know).
Re: Uninsulated Guidewear
Either guidewear or the Bass Pro Shop's 100MPH gear, you cant go wrong. I think the Bass Pro gear is a little heavier duty and can't leak around the fly like the guidewear can. I hope you were'nt planning on spending on $250 for the top AND the bottom cuz $250's only gonna buy half.

Hey Scott..
Go with option 2.
Option1 is a series circuit where the 2 batteries add up and the 2 outside posts would measure 24 volts. Option 1 is a parallel circuit and the pos and neg measurement would be 12 volts. (I'm assumming that your remaining charger lead output is 12 volts) This is the one to use.

One of my favorite baits when I was a kid, fishin those ponds was those little bullfrogs about 2-3 inches long. They're not endangered, actually they're an invasive specie. Since you'll be draggin it in and out of a rental boat you will probably be limited to a 12 volt system and that's gonna limit your choices. I think you should get the highest thrust you can afford in a 12 volt, if you can approach 50 lbs that would be great. It's not possible to get too much power ...

Go to the spot where the cable meets the foot pedal. There you will find where 2 screws that hold the cable assembly to the pedal. Loosen those screws and lift up the cable. Lets see, first, yes you can connect both units on the same battery, you just can't run em both at the same time. but that applies even if they're on different batteries, only because of returning echoes being recieved by the other unit creates innacurate readings. You could have one of 2 types of t...
