What color and type of Punker is the best for stripers? the wood one is definately better...i us the delta shiner which i bought right now on sale on tackle warehouse for 24.99.....it works good...caught many striper the past week this this color....im planning on getting more soon with diff colors...

Godzilla, I'll echo what I stated in my previous posts this morning! Find the BAIT!!!!!!! Don't worry bout the boat traffic, the shallows or chasin the dock talk bite! Franks Tract has the least amount of bait near it in the entire river system right now! Hence, there are not many schools of stripe...

white, delta shiner, foil, and trout work well.....not sure about the craw and blugill...i think your best option will be white...best color for the delta.....
