Re: Two different tournament waters and days

After ABA stopped doing the Top Six at Havasu for clubs, I started doing our clubs own Top Six with a twist. I planned the whole thing without telling anybody any information. I gave them the weekend we were going and that was it until 1 week prior to the date, in which I told them if we were campin...

Re: BIG news for National Bass West...

Maybe I don't understand some thing. If I'm ever lucky enough to win a tournie again(our club won the Top Six Championship that ABA used to put on a few years ago) and won the boat, I'd be happy as can be. We left the tournie with more than we got there with. In this case, if the boat that was won w...

I totally agree with Sniper. I wasn't there either, but I do fish other circuits. It would really be irritating if I were in second place and to have this happen. The question is, are the rules rules or just guidelines?

Re: results from the NBW 2011 Havasu Classicf polygraph

Wow. When our club won the Top 6 tournies that were held at Havasu a few years ago, the 3 of us boaters each had to take the polygraph test. It was really nerve racking but it only lasted about 20 minutes each. The funny thing was, after all those years trying to win that tournie, I panicked because...

Here's the way I look at it. If I'm pulling my boat at 65 or 70(which I do), and I get ticketed for it, the only one to blame is myself. Not the CHP or the courts. I knowingly was driving over the limit. What happened to personal responsibility here? Now maybe the fines are a little excessive, but I...
