Rick Grover and the staff of Anglers Marine have been putting on one of the best dealer shows for nearly twenty years from their Anaheim location. Each and every year the Angler Marine Bass-a-thon gets more top name bass fishing talent and offers better and better boat buying deals. This year marks their nineteenth annual showcasing of talent and product.
Where else can you go and get an autograph from or a photo with the legendary Forrest Woods and Bill Dance! These living legends of the sport will be in attendance at Anglers Marine and are ready to meet and greet you.
The list of speakers is always first rate at Bass-a-thon and this year is no exception. BASSMASTER Classic winner George Cochran leads a list of bass fishing all stars that includes #1 ranked pro angler Greg Hackney, legendary bait manufacturer and competitor Gary Yamamoto, two time US Open Champion Byron Velvick, the all time leading money winner in the West - 40 time boat winner and 13 time WON BASS pro am winner Gary Dobyns and swimbait stud Jerry Rago.
But as anyone that's ever been there can tell you, the folks you bump into in the aisles at the show is literally a who's who of regional superstars.
Included in the event are many of the top product manufacturers from around the country with reps and pro staff present to answer any and all questions you might have about baits and much more.
This year there are a number of special offers that are exclusive to the show. SPRO will have a ton of the Dean Rojas Frogs for customers. There will be a number of new baits from Castiac. Extra special to the show will be a selection of custom colors of the favored Huddleston swimbaits. Jerry Rago will be in attendance with his new Raptor swimbaits, both hard and soft models.
Powellco Rods will be there with a full line of their new rods and Gary Dobyns will bet here to take on all comers with questions about the new lineup of rods as well as his fishing hi jinx from the last two decades. Also at the show will be Kistler Rods with new rods with great action and new materials.
Roboworm will have new flipping plastics on hand and a new Beaver product as well as a new nine inch curly tail. Luckycraft will be introducing new product with the highlight being an all wood sammy series of baits. Anglers Choice will have new Spinnerbaits and jigs available for purchase and Gee Gee Baits will introduce their new 4 inch Sculpin bait.
Persuader American will showcase their Bleeding Minnow series spinner baits and Matt Lures will have their new 10 inch trout for all to see, feel and purchase.
