I’ve fished El Salto every May or June since 2013, and I hope to continue that trend for the foreseeable future. The next step will come mid-June of this year, when I’m leading a group back to my favorite place on Earth — and now we’re at the hundred day mark! The water will be low and the fish should be ganged up on offshore targets, ready to eat big crankbaits, swimbaits, football jigs and other protein-packed offerings.
