Interactive Sports Extravaganza at Table Rock Lake March 6-7

Kimberling City, Mo. - The CITGO Bassmaster Tour presented by Busch Beer will host ESPN's state-of-the-art interactive extravaganza - ESPN the Truck - at Table Rock Lake during the fourth event of the 2004 Tour season.

ESPN the Truck brings the latest breakthroughs in sports television technology to local audiences at the What's Up Dock Marina in Kimberling City, Mo., where fans can experience it free of charge at the BASS Sponsor Expo on Sat., March 6 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sun., March 7 from 12 noon to 6 p.m.

"BASS is thrilled to have ESPN the Truck at Table Rock," said Dean Kessel, Vice President and General Manager of BASS. "It will certainly add to the excitement of our return to Missouri and the fans' experience at the event.

"BASS is always looking for new and inventive ways to promote the sport and the anglers and what better way than to bring this highly interactive display to our event."

The interactive experience is contained within a 53-foot trailer and an adjacent home theater tent. Presented nationally by NFL Youth Football, ESPN the Truck offers sports fans of all ages the opportunity to try ESPN technology that allows them to create a SportsCenter audition DVD, use the internet and play video games.
