ESPN the Truck brings the latest breakthroughs in sports television technology to local audiences at the What's Up Dock Marina in Kimberling City, Mo., where fans can experience it free of charge at the BASS Sponsor Expo on Sat., March 6 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sun., March 7 from 12 noon to 6 p.m.
"BASS is thrilled to have ESPN the Truck at Table Rock," said Dean Kessel, Vice President and General Manager of BASS. "It will certainly add to the excitement of our return to Missouri and the fans' experience at the event.
"BASS is always looking for new and inventive ways to promote the sport and the anglers and what better way than to bring this highly interactive display to our event."
The interactive experience is contained within a 53-foot trailer and an adjacent home theater tent. Presented nationally by NFL Youth Football, ESPN the Truck offers sports fans of all ages the opportunity to try ESPN technology that allows them to create a SportsCenter audition DVD, use the internet and play video games.

The numerous interactive exhibits inside ESPN the Truck include: * Replica SportsCenter Desk - allows fans to play sports anchor and take home their very own "Keep It Reel" audition DVD; * ESPN Evolution - a gallery of ESPN's historic contributions to the world of sports television featuring ESPN25 celebrating ESPN's 25th Anniversary (Sept. 4, 2004) * ESPN.com - three computer monitors with links to ESPN.com and web sites dedicated to SportsFigures and ESPN The Truck (www.thetruck.espn.com) * ESPN Sports Vision - bank of television monitors which allow fans to select from a menu of video sources, including ESPN domestic networks, Pay-Per-View and special programming videos * NFL FLAG Kiosk - visitors can learn more about the NFL FLAG program and sign up to participate * ESPN Video Games Kiosk - play new video games which have impressive life-like animations * ESPN The Magazine Kiosk -take home your photo on the cover of ESPN The Magazine
