Job Summary:
The Reel Technician’s responsibility is to maintain the quality of repairing reels under direct quotas. The role is vital in assisting loyalty with our customers with exceptional service.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Repair reels with quality and efficiency.
• Establish collaborative relationships with peers.
• Maintain individual and departmental service levels and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
• Experience in Customer Service required.
• A minimum of 2 (two) years’ fishing experience.
• Some mechanical skills required.
