MINNEAPOLIS - FLW, the world's premier tournament-fishing
organization, has announced the 2014 Walmart FLW Tour Concert Series. The
series features six concerts by some of the hottest names in country music that
coincide with the final day weigh-ins on the FLW Tour.
The artists & labels featured on this year's tour are: Rodney Atkins with
Curb Records, Michael Ray with Warner Bros. Records, and Chris Janson with Bigger Picture Records. Each of the artists
will be touring radio stations around the country in support of their new
projects and the Walmart FLW Tour. During each of the FLW events, the artists
will perform and be available for fan meet-and-greets at the FLW Expo. In
addition, radio contest winners will have the opportunity to fish with the
artist and a pro angler at each event. After a successful 2013 tour which
featured up-and-comer Dylan Scott on each of the tour dates, the 2014 tour will
feature the three major-label artists playing two dates each on the following
schedule.

•March 6-9: Lake Hartwell, Seneca, S.C. - Chris Janson
•March 27-30: Sam Rayburn, Lufkin, Texas - Michael Ray
•April 10-13: Beaver Lake, Rogers, Ark. - Rodney Atkins
•June 5-8: Pickwick Lake, Florence, Ala. - Chris Janson
•June 26-29 Kentucky Lake, Paris, Tenn. - Michael Ray
•Aug. 14-17: Forrest Wood Cup - Lake Murray, Columbia, S.C. - Rodney Atkins
Rodney Atkins has had six No. 1 hits from his first three albums. Those songs
include "Watching You," "These are My People," "Take A
Back Road" and "Farmers Daughter." Atkins has sold more than 7.5
million career singles. Chris Janson just released
his first commercial product, a self-titled EP. The release comes on the
success of his first radio single, "Better I Don't," which made it
into national rotation and was a top-20 video on CMT. By selling out shows
across his home state of Florida, newcomer Michael Ray gained the attention of
Warner Bros. Currently in the studio working on his debut album for Warner
Bros. Records, Ray is already generating a lot of buzz in Music City, with his
first single expected later this year
