'FLW OUTDOORS' NOMINATED FOR SPORTS EMMY AWARD

Creative camera work leads to nomination in Innovative Technical Achievement category

MINNEAPOLIS (April 11, 2006) - FLW Outdoors announced today that its highly rated "FLW Outdoors" television program on FSN has been nominated for a Sports Emmy Award. Nominees were announced March 29 by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. The show was nominated for an Outstanding Innovative Technical Achievement award along with CBS' professional golf coverage and FOX Sports' coverage of Major League Baseball.

The 27th Annual Sports Emmy Awards will be presented at a special ceremony Monday, May 1, at Frederick P. Rose Hall, home of Jazz at Lincoln Center, located in the Time Warner Center in New York City. Leading sports broadcasters, personalities and television professionals will be presenters at the event.
