Over the past 3 months, the IGFA Great Marlin Race has seen nine tags deployed in two events. During that same time, four tags popped up from four previous events. Popped up tags have come from: Kona-Hawaii, Dominican Republic, The Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament in North Carolina, and the Master Angler Billfish Tournament event tagging off Mexico. These four tags accumulated a combined 613 deployment days and 3,732 nm from tagging to popoff locations.
