Aqua Alert: More Than an Idea! Learn about a new program for boaters to assist the Coast Guard, local sheriff marine units and the Fish and Wildlife Commission. Aqua Alert provides authorities with volunteers for those unique situations when extra “eyes on the water” would help during a lost at sea search. The inspiration is the newly activated Aqua Alert Pilot Program. The session included updates on Aqua Alert Act legislation.
