The
western-based tournament organization, Outdoor Heritage, Inc. (OHI), which
announced this past summer the establishment of a new series of Pro-Am and team
tournament trails, recently launched a website allowing interested anglers to
register or place deposits for the upcoming season. The website, www.OutdoorHeritageInc.com,
contains details on sample payback schedules and governing tournament rules.
In
addition, OHI has formed an Angler Advisory Board to provide guidance with
future tournament policies, procedures, and decisions. The advisory board panel
consists of over two dozen anglers and is practically a who’s who of western
angling standouts. Past U.S. Open Champions John Murray and Mike Folkestad are
among those that have volunteered to serve on the board.
